Heart of Humanism

There will be other human beings who will share your advocacy and shall enable you to make a step further towards uplifting other lives, such is Foundation Beyond Belief Network, who rewarded HAPI with $250 for its Heart of Humanism Award through all the programs of our community.

Through this grant, our community were able to deliver 30 sets of meal utensil (melamine cup, bowl and spoon),17 black shoes with socks, 2 plastic storage container, 1 water gallon dispenser and dozen shirts for the boys.

These items are basics for others, and maybe taken for granted but for a community who are used to hand me downs, these are items to be treasured.

These becomes a tool for teaching self-worth. No one can understand what we mean or how we felt until you have been part of that extreme poverty.

Our community is grateful for this assistance from Foundation Beyond Belief Network.

Being humane meant, you empathize with other human beings and try to uplift their situation by encouraging them to use critical thinking to better their lives. Critical thinking can only be attained by education and awareness, but it does not mean to fully forget the past or the history that will ultimately define the future of the next generation.

Working to conserve a culture unique on a community is not an easy task. So many factors to consider and to ensure success of a plan is to understand the community itself.
