public lawyers vs private lawyers

SmileyCentral.com

Ever wonder why most poor people would rather do something stupid than go for legal recourse.
SIMPLE! the PAO's or PUBLIC ATTORNEY'S OFFICE will either ignore your hurts or they will walk around their office buying or selling wares of God knows what.

Di ko nmn nilalahat pero sana if you really would want to serve the people actually di rin nga yan free service kc po all the PAO's are receiving some form of stipend from the government, so pera rin yan ng bayan, magserve nmn sila to the best of their abilities.

Ung mga ns kulungan db ky lumalawig ung kaso nyang mga yan kc nga walang matinong PAO.
Eh ano nmn nirereklamo ko, simple lng lahat n ata ng LAW & ORDER series eh pinanuod ko n.One thing commendable of AMERICAN legal system is that those who complain are being served by their ADA or Assistant Disctrict Attorney and their police really do their work. Yan eh if I am to believe what i watched.

Bkit b ung mga nagaabogado s Pilipinas eh di magpakatino? Most well known lawyers won their cases by means of controversy. Ung ns PAO kalimitan wala lng sharp mind ata to practice privately.

PAO is the equivalent of ADA in the US, therefore they should represent the Filipinos and try to win the cases specially those with merits for the commo tao.

Our judicial system alone is so screepy, kc the judge rules according to what he feels syempre lalagyan nya yan ng palabok but in all actuality some of those cases emotions have ruled or the popular votes.

O cya your more than welcome to express your violent reaction...

In the meantime I will have some experiments to do...will let you know what happened...

abortion or option?

I have been taking care of foundlings (blood relatives and friends children) and truth to be told i am not interested at all to have another kid.think about it, its such a responsibility and obligation on our part ( mind you people, am not anti life am just a practical one), kids before they can fend for themselves we have to provide for them, good education, healthcare, clothes and food.what bothers me the most is that I am afraid I cant provide the best, and when it comes to our child we should and must do just that.

I am most irritated with parents having so many kids that they can't feed, I mean its so unfair to those children, our kids deserves the best, hell bells if my child needs something I am on top of things. even if it meant I don't buy any new things for myself.

we learned to be selfless...how I wish all parents learned to be one!

ever noticed that people who can't afford to have children have the most numbers than the ones who wants to have one...its irony of life I think...

the most impoverished nation has the most numbers of children, creating less opportunities for kids..

Philippines-Filipinas-Pilipinas

I am proud of my heritage (only the aetas are pure blooded), i am a mixed of malay, chinese and spanish, making me a melting pot of several cultures that made me eccentric at times. This doesn't mean I am not a Filipino. What choice do you have if you are born in a country like mine. I have no idea. I am ashamed that my country is ruled by corrupt people or that the common citizens doesn't appreciate that they belong to a race so complicated you'll choke. We tend to give way to whiteskinned people (foreigners at that), this is prevalent in the provinces or even in urbanized places. Is it really because of almost 300yrs of being ruled by Spanish, 100yrs by Americans, or by the Japanese during the 1940's or by influenced by the Chineses' or the Indians' or simply we are a group who would prefer to just sit back and let others make a decision for ourselves.

I hate how foreigners percieved us.I cannot blame them, I was watching a movie and it was last full show, i heard our national anthem about to be played, as a sign of courtesy i stood up only to noticed that my group and I were the only ones standing up.How can I ask this foreign people to respect us (our flags, our culture, our sensibilities), if we ourselves doenst respect the symbol of our country.

We are then truly, a country of infidels! We march, we yell, we want changes but we cant change ourselves. If we are a firm believer of change, shouldnt we change how we act towards thos ethings that symbolizes us.

Naku, magtatagalog n nga lang ako. Bkit b kasi napakahilig ntin magkunwari?

Ayaw ntin ke Gloria bilang presidente kc corrupt daw cya, kesyo merong lover boy etcetera etcetera.

Philippines-Filipinas-Pilipinas : who are the first inhabitants?

I just arrived from a long trip, doing informal education projects with the people in the mountain, and I was staring blankly with the TV, then National Geographic just said, they will be showing a documentary that shows all human beings came from AFRICA. I got so freakin excited. Finally, instead of me pouring time and again with books, all I have to do is watched TV and I will find out if our own Aeta group are from Africa, crossing the land bridges that have long been part of my fantasy. Especially when I am day dreaming of faraway travels and the earliest civilization. I know I read similar story about that the first human gnome have originated in Africa. (https://www.nationalgeographic.com/news/2007/7/modern-humans-came-out-of-africa-definitive-study-says/)

Historically, my curiosity is beyond piqued. I started getting personally involve with informal education since 1991 right after the Mount Pinatubo eruption. I saw the impact of drawing materials to the Aeta children and other games that we hosted. From then on I decided to take active participation in educating the Aeta’s.

My program is so intermittent because I have to go to school myself. But I think now that I am earning enough to sustain my passion, I have to properly plan how to elevate my education program. I have to :

1.       Create my own learning kits that the children will understand.

2.       Create a budget plan that is within my means.

3.       Create a reasonable timeframe how best to implement the project.

4.       Where and which area will I be able to create an impact?

5.       Who do I involve?

There are so many information about Aeta’s but which one is the most accurate?

Ethnonyms: Ayta, (Tagalog) Agta, Atta, Ata ( Isabela and far North Luzon), Ati (Panay Island and other Visayan part of the Philippines), Ita (Tagalog or south Luzon)

Language family: Austronesian (find the ethnolinguistic data about this)

Language branch: Malayo-Polynesian

The aim starting today is to find ways to conserve the story and history of the first inhabitants of the Philippines.
